Ted Ellyard – Chairman

Mr Ellyard is a Geologist with over 30 years experience in mineral and petroleum exploration, development and production. He brings experience from several major resource companies including Western Mining Corporation, Kuwait Foreign Petroleum and Hardman Resources. Currently, Mt Ellyard is chairman of ASX listed Key Petroleum Ltd. and Bonaparte Diamond Mines NL and is a director of Minemakers Ltd.

John Libby – Managing Director

Managing Director John Libby is a Geologist with 20 years of resource industry experience applying R&D to the commercial operation of large processing facilities. Mr Libby is a management consultant to several resource companies and has a comprehensive knowledge of exploration and mining operations. In addition, Mr Libby co-manages Digirock Pty Ltd, a successful private exploration consultancy specialising in large, deep and logistically challenging projects in excess of $30 million.

Mervyn Davies – Director

Mr Davies has worked in all areas of electricity distribution and has extensive experience in managing both the financial and techinical performance of business. He has over 35 years senior management experience in the Australian electrical industry and is currently a Director of Western Power (Electricity Networks Corporation), the Western Australian government electricity utility, and Deputy Chairman of the Power and Water Corporation (Northern Territory electricity utility), in addition to operating private consulting business.

Ronald Beevor – Director

Ronnie Beevor has had an extensive involvement with the natural resources industry in Australia and internationally. He was Head of Investment Banking at NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited between 1997 and 2002 and was a Director of OZ Minerals Limited. Mr Beevor is Chairman of EMED Mining (listed on AIM, London) and a Director of Bannerman Resources Limited, Bendigo Mining Limited, QMAG Limited and Talison Minerals Pty Limited.

Mr Beevor has an Honours Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and qualified as a chartered accountant (London, 1972).

Dennis Wilkins – Finance Director

Company Director Dennis Wilkins is an accountant with extensive international experience in the resource and finance sectors and brings excellent experience in capital raising. Mr Wilkins is principal of DW Corporate and a director of Key Petroleum Ltd, Marengo Mining Ltd, Minemakers Ltd and South Boulder Mines Ltd.

Alexandra Papadakis – Senior Geologist

Alexandra is New World’s Senior Research Scientist and has Honors in Geology and a Master of Science in Chemistry. She has a number of academic distinctions and awards and has invented patents and IP for private technology companies. Miss Papadakis joined Digirock Pty Ltd early in 2007 to research energy projects, gain logistical experience and apply herself to the challenges of geothermal energy.

John Ribbons – Company Secretary

Mr Ribbons is an accountant who has worked within the resources industry for over 14 years in the capacity of company accountant, group financial controller or company secretary.

Mr Ribbons has extensive knowledge and experience with ASX listed production and exploration companies. He has considerable site based experience with operating resource projects and has alsobeen involved with the listing of several exploration companies on ASX. Mr Ribbons has experience in capital raising, ASX compliance and regulatory requirements.
